Only got this phone 2 days ago but already impressed with it. Had a problem where the phone number was not coming up when I received texts but I called the company and they advised to store the number as +44 instead of 0 and it worked a treat. They also promised a software update due soon would also resolve the problem so customer service seemed on top of things too. Will be interesting to see if it can last when I go surfing next May. Will keep you posted
What can I say, it kind of fit the bill of what the title said. Its waterproof. Thank the lord! decided to get this as Im an avid hiker and after several disastrous situations where Ive dropped my phone while out and also faced problems with water vapour making my phone fail when at high altitude I decided it was time for a change. Ive been hiking severe times now with this phone, once at altitude and to date no problems. Not dropped it yet which is typical if it was an iPhone I would have guaranteed to drop it by now. But given the waterproof of this phone seems to stand up to the test. Im hoping the "rugged" part is true too. Time will tell!
Actually bought this phone for my Dad who quite frankly should not be trusted with anything breakable he has a habit of dropping everything. The first day, infact the first hour of him having the phone he had dropped it at least once. Still working though so thats saved me a few pounds in handset replacements.
