We do however recognize that sometimes purchases are made in error, or accessories may not fit the handset you purchased them for etc. But don't worry, with Prepaymania our 14 day money back guarantee is extended to 30 days over the holiday season from the 1st of December. So if you bought anything from the 1st of December right through to the 24th December we are offering you a 30 day money back guarantee. Simply follow the steps below and we will organise your refund/replacement upon our return on the 4th of January

• Notify prepaymania via the following link within 30 days of your purchase http://www.prepaymania.co.uk/contact, we will respond to this as soon as we return on the 4th January but before then you can prepare your parcel for return. Providing we receive notification within the 30 days of your intent to return, the item itself does not have to be returned within the 30 day period.
  
  
• If sending back for a refund...The item must be a As New if its a phone, all screen protectors must still be in place the phone should not have been used to make calls or text messages. All accessories must be wrapped up and included in the return.
  
  
• If the item is faulty and you require a replacement we will deal with these upon our return on the 4th of January, Please follow step one though and notify us that your item has been received faulty
  
  
• Ensure all items for return are securely wrapped to avoid damage in transit
  
  
• Please ensure all items returned have the original dispatch note included and a brief note giving the reason for the return.
