To qualify
  • Vodafone TopUp and Get International is available to pay as you go customers on the Vodafone Simply price plan. It can't be used with Vodafone Free Weekends, Freedom Packs, Text Unlimited, or other TopUp and Get Freebees.
  • You'll need to opt in to TopUp and Get International and top up by a qualifying amount. Any credit you have on your account prior to opting in won't count. Please go to TopUp and Get International for details on how to opt in, qualifying TopUp amounts and the amount of international minutes you'll receive.
How it works
  • Once you've opted in, you need to top up by a qualifying amount and you'll receive an allowance of international minutes for calls from the UK to international standard geographic landlines and mobiles in certain countries. Calls to other numbers including premium rate and non-geographic numbers are not included. A minimum of one minute from your allowance will be taken per call. After the first minute we'll take each second of your call from your minutes allowance. The countries may change from time to time. To check which countries are included go to TopUp and Get International.
  • International minutes are valid for 30 days from the date they're applied to your account until 23:59 in the UK on the 30th day. We'll try and apply your international minutes as soon as you've made a qualifying TopUp (or, for additional TopUps, following the end of your previous 30-day period) but it may take up to 24 hours to be applied to your account.
  • If you remain opted in and your total TopUp amount within your current 30-day period is equal to (or more than) what you need to qualify, you'll get another allowance of international minutes for the following 30 days.
  • You can only use one international minutes allowance in any 30-day period. Any unused international minutes will not carry over when your 30-day period expires. If you exceed your international minutes allowance, we'll charge you at the standard price plan rate or restrict your use.
  • Goodwill and Bonus Bank TopUps are not qualifying TopUps for the purposes of TopUp and Get International.
Please be aware
  • To switch to a different TopUp and Get Freebee, Free Weekends or to buy a Freedom Pack you must opt out of TopUp and Get International up to 48 hours before the end of your current 30-day period. If you don't switch by this time you'll still qualify for TopUp and Get International. You'll not be able to opt in to another Vodafone TopUp and Get Freebee, Free Weekends or buy a Freedom Pack until your current free allowance has expired.
  • TopUp and Get International is for your personal, non-commercial use and subject to the pay as you go Airtime Conditions and price plan terms. We may vary or amend these terms, but if it's to your disadvantage, we'll notify you.

TopUp and Get Text and Web terms and conditions
To qualify

Free Weekends terms and conditions
  • Vodafone Free Weekends is available on Simply, Anynet, Anytime, Smartstep and Smartplus price plans. To qualify for free weekends (a weekend being 00:01am on Saturday to 23:59 on Sunday):
    • Free Weekend Texts: You need to spend a minimum of £2.50 of your TopUp (calls, texts, browsing and downloads) during Monday to Friday. If you qualify you will receive free standard texts for the weekend; or
    • Free Weekend calls and texts: You need to spend a minimum of £5.00 of your TopUp during Monday to Friday. If you qualify you will receive free calls to Vodafone mobiles and landlines (starting 01, 02, 03). Calls are limited to 60 minutes per call, after which you will be charged at your price plan rate. You can also make up to 60 minutes (in total) of free calls to other mobile networks during the weekend. You will also receive free standard texts for the weekend.
    • Calls and texts are within the United Kingdom only and exclude:
      • (i) calls or texts to the Isle of Man and the Channel Islands;
      • (ii) voicemail; and
      • (iii) calls to non-geographic and premium rate numbers. TopUp spend will not be
        carried forward for future qualifying periods.
  • Vodafone Free Weekends cannot be used at the same time as Text Unlimited or Freedom Packs. Vodafone Free Weekends is not available with other offers unless we say otherwise.
  • Free minutes on Vodafone Stop the Clock and the buying of voice or text packs will not qualify as spending of your TopUp. However, use of voice or text packs will qualify and will be set at your standard price plan rates. Buying and use of Web Packs
  • Vodafone Free Weekends is for your private non-commercial use. If we believe your usage is excessive or you are using it for commercial purposes we reserve the right to moderate your usage or disconnect your SIM card.
  • Calls which extend in to the qualifying weekend will be charged at your standard price plan rate for the entire call. Calls which commence during the qualifying weekend but extend into Monday will be charged at your standard price plan rate for the part of the call made on the Monday.
Freedom Pack terms and conditions
To qualify
  • Vodafone Freedom Packs ("Packs") are available to pay as you go customers on Vodafone Simply, Anytime, Anynet, Smartstep and Smartplus price plans. You can only have one Pack at a time.
  • Please go to Freedom Packs for details on how to purchase a Pack and the amount of minutes, texts and web access you'll receive.
How it works
  • Texts and minutes included in your Pack are for UK use to standard UK landline numbers (beginning 01, 02, 03), standard UK mobiles and voicemail. For some Packs you'll receive a data allowance for use within the UK (we call this web access). You'll be charged at your standard price plan rate for any out of Pack use and/or if you use all your minutes, texts and web access before your Pack runs out. Any unused minutes, texts and web access will be lost when your 30-day period expires. A minimum of one minute will be taken from your Pack per call. After the first minute we'll take each second of your call from your Pack.
  • The date that the Pack is added to your account will count as the first day. It will run out at 23.59 in the UK on the 30th day. Free Weekends or Text Unlimited will automatically be cancelled when you select and buy any other Pack. Any outstanding rewards will be lost. Free Weekends or Text Unlimited will not be automatically added when your Pack runs out. If you have a Voice and/or a Text Pack you can't buy a Pack until your Voice and/or Text Pack has run out. If you have Stop The Clock on your account when you buy a Pack you won't be able to use Stop The Clock until your Pack minutes are used up or until your 30-day period expires.
  • Sorry but during the 30-day period you can't:
    • cancel your Pack
    • buy a new Pack
    • buy a Voice, Text or Web Pack
    • add other Vodafone Freebees, for example Free Weekends, to your account unless we say otherwise
Please be aware
  • Packs are non refundable, non transferable and are for personal non-commercial use. If you move to another price plan or move from pay as you go to a pay monthly contract any unused minutes, texts and web access in your Pack will be lost.
  • Packs are subject to the pay as you go Airtime Conditions and price plan terms. We may vary or amend these terms, but if it's to your disadvantage we'll notify you.
